Recipe Name : Air-Fried Honey-Ginger Crusted Chicken
This recipe gives “fried” chicken an updated flavor with honey, ginger and orange. It offers the crunch of fried chicken without all the unwanted fat and calories.

Ingredients:
- 4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper Dash ground red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¾ cup crushed cornflakes
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Directions:
- Spray a 10 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, combine honey, orange juice, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Brush honey mixture over chicken breasts.
- Combine corn flakes and parsley and pat over chicken. Place chicken in a baking pan.
- Place the baking pan on the 4-inch rack and cook on power level high for 7 to 8 minutes per side.
- If juices run clear, it’s done.
Tips: You can use any oven safe dish in the NuWave Oven. If you use frozen chicken breasts, cook on power level HI about 10 to 12 minutes per side. These are an approximate times varying on the size of the breasts.
